The Christmas Lamb Tradition {GIFT TAGS} PRINTABLE
Looking for a cute gift or fun way to keep the "Reason for the Season" front and center this Christmas? This fun gift idea and tradition is both easy and meaningful! Simply put... Christmas isn't about reindeer; it's about THE LAMB! The Lamb of God, that is! Find a cute, plush lamb on Amazon or at a local shop like Hallmark - then print and include either a verse a day about the Nativity (for 12 days) OR include the tags with a chapter a day from LUKE to follow the life of the Savior from birth to His resurrection - a great way to grow closer to Christ this Christmas Season!
★ 4" CONCEPT TAG included (for your package or basket)
★ 2.5" Lamb Tags (a set of 12 & a set of 24)
★ Editable "Explanation Cards" to put with your gift
★ Plush lamb not included, this is just the printables
★ It's really a SCRIPTURE ADVENT!
INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING: This listing includes a 9 page high-resolution PDF for printing at home or at a copy shop. Two sets of 2.5 inch tags are included - one set is a verse a day for 12 days and the second set is a chapter a day for 24 days. See more info about each set below.
NATIVITY VERSES: 12 DAYS (2.5" tags) This is a set of 12 tags that has a simple Nativity related verse to read each day for 12 days. It's a great option for families with young children or for a family that would enjoy a small activity each day to keep focused on the reason for the season. After reading the verse together, the tag can be hung on the tree.
LIFE OF CHRIST CHAPTERS: 24 DAYS (2.5" Tags) Have you ever noticed that Luke has 24 chapters? If you want to take a journey through Christ's life in December - this is the perfect book to read! Day by day - chapter by chapter, Luke does an amazing job teaching us about Jesus. From the time Mary is visited by the angel Gabriel, through the story of His birth and on to His mortal ministry where He taught, healed, forgave and ultimately gave His life for us. What better chapter to read on Christmas Eve than the one that tells of His resurrection and ascension to heaven (chapter 24)! Like the Nativity Set, these can be hung on the tree after each chapter is complete.
PRINTING/ASSEMBLY TIPS: For best results, print tags on glossy photo or brochure paper using your printer's best quality print setting. Laminate each tag for durability so it can be used year after year! Punch a hole in the top and tie matching twine so each tag can be hung on the tree after reading the verse or chapter.
TO GIVE: Find a cute plush lamb (like a beanie baby) to give with a set of tags and the explanation card. Package in a cute pail, basket or gift bag! Large 4" tags provided below to hang from the package.
