When I feel like I'm coming down with something, I put a generous amount of four thieves on the bottom of each foot and put on socks. When I wake up in the morning, I feel great. If I feel sick in the morning, I put the salve on my feet for the entire day. It's is amazing!!

I use dandelion salve as my daily moisturizer, for dry hands and lips as well as on cuts and burns. I wouldn't be without it!
