When an extensive search for planner inserts left me empty handed... I decided to design a set! I've always been complimented for my organizational skills - so I sketched out how I think and plan my life and designed it! These planner pages are designed for the busy woman or mom who juggles it all! Its unique layout allows you to manage all aspects of your busy life in a way that does not feel overwhelming. I hope you love this as much as I do!

INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING: This listing includes a 158 page, high quality resolution planner intended for double-sided printing either at home or at your favorite copy shop. All interior pages are designed in BLACK/WHITE (as shown in the pictures) to keep printing costs to a minimum. The covers and sticker tabs should be printed on white glossy card stock and laminated for durability. A breakdown of the specific features are below:

ADDING TEXT PRIOR TO PRINTING: Adding text to your PDF before printing is easy! If you have the most current version of Adobe Reader, you can use the "comment" function to insert text boxes where desired. Or, look around online for a free PDF Editor (there are lots)! Simply upload the file, use their tools to insert your text, then download and print!
USING THE 2-PAGE WEEKLY SPREAD: Tried and true, this popular design fits all kinds of busy lifestyles! Daily, there is plenty of room to record to do's, appointments and plans + a spot for planning meals. The SIX "on-going" weekly planning areas at the bottom are perfect for "list making" and managing multiple areas of your life within a weekly time period. Use one for a shopping list, another for work reminders, weekly errands, party planning, general to do's at home or dedicate a space to each person in your family! I absolutely love this layout and with two simple pages in the weekly spread, I can manage all the things I have going on at once!
PRINTING TIPS: This complete file was too large to upload to the Etsy Instant Delivery Server, so the interior pages are broken into 4 separate files. Simply print each one, double-sided in black and white, then stack together in order. The cover is designed for "borderless" printing, so if you are printing at home - select "photo printing" on your print properties and choose 8.5x11 borderless. Most home inkjets and photo printers will perform this function (mine is 3 years old and does a fantastic job). For most vivid color results, use a heavy stock, preferably of glossy photo paper quality. I laminate my covers before binding to increase durability. Printing your covers can also be done at a copy shop.
EXTRA TIP: Before printing, think through how many "extra" pages you might want (notes, contacts, etc). Do you need MORE? If so, simply print extra before binding to meet your specific needs. Same goes with the "Personal Contact" pages, 8 are included, but you can certainly print extra!
BINDING YOUR PLANNER: This planner/calendar can be printed and bound in several ways. I personally love using either the ARC or the Martha Stewart disc-bound binder system found at Staples. This planner works with Filo-Fax systems as well - OR any planner/portfolio system where you can add your own interior pages. Another great option is to have it bound by your copy store. For best results, choose "double-wire" bindings - they are MORE durable than spiral or comb. You can also choose to print double sided at home and simply put in a 3 ring binder. Important: This file is formatted for 8.5x11 printing and can fit any standard binder of this size.
APPLYING THE STICKER TABS: (see image #5)Applying your tabs is easy and adds a fun flare of color to your planner. I recommend printing on full sheet white label paper - then either trim or punch each tab and apply in a staggered fashion on appropriate pages, folding over the page edge. For added durability, you can cover the tab with clear packaging tape before trimming or punching them out! Following the same application instructions... you may choose to simply print on white card stock, punch, crease/fold and adhere with a staple. Please view sample photo (image #5) for a visual example.
CAN THIS BE PRINTED AS A SMALLER VERSION? This file is designed for 8.5x11 printing... however, it can be resized by a knowledgeable copy clerk to half sheets or by using advanced "booklet printing" options at home. For BEST RESULTS when shrinking, please consult with your local copy store. Please also note, when resizing to half size or booklet format, the top and bottom will have large margin space. Consider trimming to 7"x5.5" for optimal function. Please keep in mind that this file isn't optimally designed for printing this size, but it can be done. I cannot offer individual guidance or troubleshooting for printing other than it's intended 8.5"x11" size. Thanks!
